2001-03-20 - 8:00 PM No OddGoogles in this entry, just a little note to explain a recent change to the OddGoogle submission process! Rather than emails, which require you to open a new window along with the ten million you already have open, I've made a new guestbook strictly for submissions. I've seen a lot of you who love to use this method, so hey, why not take advantage of it? This will make submitting easier for you, and updating easier for me. The Submissions book has already been added to the page--just click the button, fill in the fields, and voila! Your OddGoogle is quickly and easily stored for my convenient pickup. There are only three fields, and while they are not all required for the actual mechanics of submission, any entries that don't have all three fields filled in correctly will be struck from the book and not used. It's a very, very simple process. Please note that once submitted, you will not be able to see your OddGoogle. This is to preserve the element of surprise. All entries have been replaced in the guestbook with a happy little thank you note, and only I will ever be able to see them. You will be able to enter all three fields, but you won't SEE them. That's okay though, because I will still be able to access anything you put in when I'm updating. I'm leaving the regular guestbook up so that you can enter your kudos and praises for OddGoogle. I'm also leaving up the Contact button, although you will never again need to use this for submissions; in fact, I would very much prefer it if you did not. Use the new Submit option! It's handy! And there you go--now there's a place for everything, so kindly put everything in its place. Thank you Andrew for the suggestion and the help! --belle
